Helping Hands Preschool Application

Our Helping Hands Preschool Program is accepting applications on www.Smart2start.org for the 2023-2024 school year. To be considered for this program, students must live in the Buchanan Elementary School attendance area and turn four by September 30, 2023. Paper applications will be distributed on February 13th from 12-6pm during parent/teacher conferences.
